everything with the order is fine, except that the item i ordered's color was completely different than what was shown on the site. i have emailed altrec in hopes of exchanging and getting the postage covered by them.

My sister recommended I go to Altrec to find sports apparel for my husband. I was able to get what I was looking for and was so pleased with their quality and quick shipping that I ordered a second item from them and had it delivered Christmas Eve.

The only complaint I have about the transaction was the tracking information. It would be nice if the link for the tracking the number sent the user to the tracking information on FedEx instead of having to copy and paste the link in the FedEx box.

I was overall happy, but I purchased two pairs of pants and they were very thin and not quite what they expected so I am returning them. I am keeping everything else from the order. It was very easy to print the packing slip and prepare my return.

I was disappointed with the process of returning my purchase. I followed all the directions, but the website would not work properly. So I need to call the company to take care of my return, which is not the primary method. This was very frustrating.
