The items took awhile to arrive, but I think that was due to a snow storm we had, which 'stopped' everything for about two weeks. Otherwise, good experience. Thank you!!

Although I took plenty of water with the product, I didn't obtain the desired results. I've used a different brand in the past with success. My stomach is larger & my regularity not as good.

In my survey respnoses, I gave an "8" for timely delivery. I know it was during the holidays but it did take two weeks and I think that was too long. Otherwise, I have no problems at all. Thank you, Claire

due to the high volume of shipping may I suggest mentioning you should have faster shipping for a better rate from your shipping company. Other high volume companies offer 2 day for less than you charge for ground.

Whoever prepared my label at VitaminShopp.com, did not put my Condominium Unit Number on the label, and UPS took it back to their station. I called, gave the unit number, and it was redelivered 2 days later, after the first attempt.
