I ordered 2 of the same item & had one shipped to a friend. Was supposed to me a card to let her know I had sent it. No note indicated that it was from me. There was a packing slip that had an address in NC. Had to call her to ask if she had gotten... (more)

I loved the dog beds I ordered, however, I will have to return them and order bigger ones. I didn't order correctly. I was very surprised how quickly I received my order.

I am sorry that the "stone" color was sold out, since black tends to show crumbs and other nonce contamination. But otherwise the sweater is great. I expect to get a lot of wear out of it. I do NOT like zippers that open from the bottom as... (more)

Two items were fine, one just didn't fit and the color was less vivid than the pictured item. I was disappointed to have to pay return postage for a misrepresented item.

Outstanding purchasing experience. As has been my experience in the past, Orvis products are high quality and highly regarded by consumers. The people I send Orvis gifts to think of them as superior.

The laptop desk arrived on time, but there were pieces missing. I contacted customer service and was told the missing items, dowels and screws would be sent, but no time frame was given. I would appreciate knowing when I might receive them
