I have not received my order yet. It has been in the area for days now, without delivery. It states 3-5 business days for delivery. I'm not happy at all that it's taking this long.

I'm quite bottered by this survey. I took it after I purchased the item online and now they want more information after the purchase...I did not bargain for this. It's way too much!

My only frustration is that I was unable to use the coupon code for a $10 discount. The coupon stated it was good for online purchases, was not expired and did not exclude Asics products.

He was not able to give me the discount that I received from Upromise because they have a different site that you have to go through, so I had to do a return and then purchase it again.

The company delivering my shipment never called me for delivery. I had to call them to schedule a delivery time. I only knew that it was ready for shipment due to the online tracking website.

Order tracking did not work when logged into account; would have been nice to see it in account that I created & ordered thru. Very disappointed & felt created account for nothing as did not show purchase/order tracking.

When I ordered the product there was no mention of a back order. Also the package did not arrive for 10 days. The good news is that I was refunded the delievery fee so I am okay and will shop with Sports Autority again..

I wasn't thrilled this time with the shipping of my items. They came in two seperate shipments and I couldn't accurately track either of them online. I have ordered from TSA before and am usually happy, but they messed up on this one.

As I had ordered this as a Christmas gift (was not able to get the item in any stores, so had to order it online), I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived the day before Christmas, even though it wasn't scheduled to arrive until after Christmas.
