The website said that if you ordered it before the 21st, you would get it before Christmas if you used express shipping. I paid the express shipping and still received it today 01/05/09.

I had already verified my order had shipped. I requested info on shipping method, but all the reply stated was that it had shipped. Maybe Carrier name could be included in future responses.

I purchased two seperate items on your site and got two of the same items on from you. It ruined Christmas and Im really bummed out. I reutrned all products because they were't what I expected.

I ordered the Kitchen Capers wall clock as a Christmas gift. I am very disappointed in this purchase. There is entirely too much going on on the face of the clock. Unable to see the time unless you stand really close to it.

I have contacted collectables Today twice via email reguarding a bill for the gift. The bill was to come to me not my dad. I was miffed that my father knows the cost of the gift and that he felt responsible for paying the bill. No response.

The way your product was pictured on-line suggested that the product I ordered was one piece for one price. After I ordered I found that it was four pieces and the price was four times what I expected. Do not send any more.Please refund my... (more)
