The package was to be deluevered in 6-8 days which should have gotten to me before Christmas. I got it a week later and the person whom the gift was for had already gone back to school.

I have not yet recieved my order. My credit card has not been billed, but this is not an uncommon item. If ****s cannot fullfill the order, please notify me so that I may purchase elsewhere.

Broncos Reebok jersey was listed as in stock but I received notification the next day that it was on order. My order would not ship until this item was in stock (no approximate timeframe was given).

the package arrived on Jan 3rd and looked like a rat had actually gotten into the packing. It was totally in a ripped position and looked like it may have been taped again at the post office

The remote control boat I ordered was for a christmas gift, so I do not know how well it works. However, I was considerably satisfied with the on time delivery. especially during the holidays. It was great!!!

I purchased these items as Christmas Gifts and was pleased to see that the items were part of the guaranteed delivery by Christmas and free delivery promotion. However, the items did not arrive until December 30th.

I was very unhappy with customer service and shipping!! It was easy to contact somebody but nobody seemed to know the answers and kept putting me off by saying they would e-mail me. There was only one person that was helpful, Amanda.

Product was backordered for several weeks. Upon initial purchase I was told it would be in within one week. After several weeks, several phone calls and a couple stops by the store, I was provided with an equal product (not the one I ordered).

The product I purchased, women's long snowpants, were sized quite poorly. I recieved polite service however I found it quite difficult to locate this particular item and once I ordered and recieved it, it wasn't at all what I expected it to be.
