The auto dollies I ordered arrived on time and were perfect for what I needed. The web site shopping was a breeze and the option of shipment tracking was useful. I will definitely recommend NorthernTool.com to my friends and relatives.

No one could tell me if my product shipped since it was direct out of the manufacturer. I checked on it again 12/19 and they told me it hadn't been shipped yet but in all actuality it was sitting on my porch where anyone could have taken it.

Speciality catalog in the die cast models since the good buys are not offered to customers outside of the store area.(mail order only)

when order was placed item was 6/9 days on back order.called 2 weeks after to check on order,and was told item will ship Jan 19th. I should have been contacted about delay. regards,chris

I ordered two items One had a gash in the metal tube. I did not want to give it as a gift. I need to eturn it. The other item is beautiful.

Ramp is fairly hard to deploy. It's a pretty tight fit between the interior & exterior sections and there's not much to grab to pull on. Secondly delivery was five days later than expected.
