My appliance has NOT arrived, what do I do? I live in a gated community and need to let the gate know when you will be arriving, and I need to be here to get it in the garage, as I understand you do not install it? What is the next step?

AJ Madison processed the order in a timely fashion. It was the delivery people in Tulsa, Oklahoma that held item in their warehouse for a week. They stated they do residential deliveries on Tuesdays only, so it sat there from Wednesday or Thursday...

The items ordered were not in stock. This is OK and delivery time was not unreasonable, but we were not informed. AJ Madison should have included the fact that items were not in stock and the estimated delivery date in purchase confirmation. Had to...

Everything is perfect. The item arrived all brand new and functioning perfectly. If anything goes wrong, it'll be the manufacturer's fault, not AJ Madison. I'm very pleased with them. Great selection and great price. That IS what you want from a...

When they said 2 - 3 weeks, they meant it. It took 3 weeks to the day, which I think is frankly too long. Delivery company was terrible - but Michaela (ext 155) was very helpful and resolved the issue over the phone.

Product stock information needs to be listed on the website or customer should be contacted following placing an order if the product is out of stock and not anticipated to be stocked for material amount of time.
