I think that the product that I purchased should be offered with a free automatic shipping club price which would include free shipping. That's the best way of keeping repeat customers especially during this horrendous economy.

Your service was excellent. I hate the product. It says it mixes in with the beverage, is very smooth, and a good taste. I hate it and will never purchase it again, I probably won't even drink it. It doesn't not mix in smoothly and has an awful... (more)

All though I received a letter to let me know of problem, I had paid extra shipping to get product sooner It took 17 days to arrive. I paid for 2day shipping.

The shipment was a re-shipment of a return shipment. Box in very poor condition, heavily taped in an attempt to hold it together. A new label had been added over the original label which was to an individual in an eastern state (I'm in CA).
