I could not answer come of the questions because I have just started using the product. I will see how effective this product will be after using it for a month. So far product has not made any difference in my overall well-being

I asked the the items be sent to my PO Box address. Instead they were sent to my home address. I waited several days to get this "envelope", that turned up to be a box. I finally got the products!

I found what I wanted on line, I was able to navigate the website very easily. I compared prices, VitaDigest was right in line with other dealers.

You had the product I needed, you pulled it and had it shipped very quickly, but I couldn't believe that you can find a slower shipper then you have.

Fed Ex took their sweet time delivering my package, it was almost a week late. I did order the wrong product & the customer service handled it very well.

I would have preferred the representative just placed the additional item on order rather than telling me to call it in. As a very busy mom of two, I rely heavily on email to take care of a lot of business.

The package was suppose to arrive by 2 day air.....it took a week from order date. They were suppose to erase my shipping charge...they only refunded part of it. The items were suppose to be free ground shipping if i ordered mpore than 50 dollars... (more)
