I was very satisfied, but will be returning the item when I get back home because it just wasn't what I needed. I look forward to future purchases with Backcountry.

The only problem with this order was UPS's fault, not Backcountry's. UPS had major delay and rescheduling problems in this area for two weeks before Christmas. Deliveries were rescheduled and delayed several times.

My wife made the order for snow pants for a Christmas present for our son. He liked the pants; they arrived before Christmas Day, the price was good. I think that is all we ordered.

I don't like the return shipping policy. I have returned items before (sent the wrong item) and was told I would be credited my return shipping costs. I was not. They should include free shipping for returns.
